Hamil Family Donations

On May 24th, a tornado ripped through Piedmont, OK and straight through the Hamil Family's home. Hank Hamil was not home, so a 4-month pregnant Cathleen Hamil took her three children to safety in their bathtub. Unfortunately this monster tornado ripped their home completely off the foundation killing their two young boys ages 15 months and 3 years old. Their 5 year old daughter is still hospitalized and Cathleen was hospitalized as well.

To help this family, Toni Keltner, has set up a "Shower of Hope". She is accepting donations for the family. In particular baby/toddler items. You can also find the Shower of Hope on Facebook.

I think this is a wonderful thing Toni is doing for this family and I personally will be sending some gently used items over. I can not imagine what this family is going through and anything (even just a card) I know will probably really be appreciated during this time.

I would love to be able to send this family a complete cloth diapering package. If anyone would like to donate to the purchase of a diaper set let me know and I will see what we can get sent to her.
